The IDF conducted a targeted airstrike in Deir al-Balah, Gaza, last week, eliminating five armed terrorists near a vehicle falsely marked with the World Central Kitchen (WCK) emblem. The terrorists, unaffiliated with WCK, wore yellow vests to disguise their activities and evade strikes, exploiting the trust given to humanitarian organizations. COGAT confirmed with WCK that the vehicle was not part of its operations. The IDF stated that Hamas and other groups misuse aid efforts to advance terrorist goals, harming Gaza’s civilians. COGAT continues to collaborate with aid organizations to prevent such exploitation.
