Video evidence of hospital workers being murdered by Islamic terrorists in Syria

Syrian sources report that engineer Mohammad Abu Hatsats bravely confronted ISIS militants, linked to the Syrian regime, with his bare hands at Al-Suwayda hospital, sacrificing his life. The militants carried out a brutal massacre of patients and medical staff, and a video allegedly exposing the attack refutes their denials.

On July 16, 2025, during intense clashes in Suwayda, Syrian army soldiers and Internal Security Forces stormed the Suwayda National Hospital, as shown in security footage released on August 10. The raid resulted in the arrest of hospital staff and the execution of at least one employee. Some soldiers wore uniforms bearing ISIS symbols, possibly linked to the New Syrian Army’s 82nd Division, known to display ISIS flags in combat zones. This division, active in Hama and Syria’s coast, formerly part of Assad’s 25th Division, is led by Khaled Muhammad Halabi (Abu Hatab), a defector who rose to command the jihadist-Salafist Ansar al-Tawhid (previously Jund al-Aqsa). Halabi, a key figure in the rebel offensive that toppled Assad’s regime, leads a force of at least 1,000 soldiers from nine divisions, some with jihadist affiliations. The footage refutes denials of the massacre, raising concerns about extremist elements within Syria’s transitional forces.
