Iran Regime Accused of Using Rape as a Weapon of Terror Against Protesters

London / Tehran – January 2026 German-Iranian journalist Mr. Abdollahi released a deeply disturbing video on social media detailing eyewitness accounts of systematic sexual violence being used by the Islamic Republic against anti-regime protesters. According to Abdollahi, very few women’s bodies are being recovered because:

  • Women are being raped,
  • Their uteruses are surgically removed,
  • Their scalps are ripped off along with their hair,
  • Their bodies are covered in cigarette burns.

He stated that the regime, under Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, is deliberately employing rape as a weapon to “instill maximum fear” and deter women—and the broader population—from continuing to protest.

Abdollahi further claimed that similar acts of extreme brutality are being inflicted on children as part of the same terror campaign aimed at crushing dissent during the ongoing nationwide uprising.

These allegations come amid reports of thousands killed in the recent crackdown (opposition estimates range from 12,000–20,000+ deaths in January alone) and a near-total internet blackout that has severely limited independent verification. No official Iranian response has been issued, but state media has previously dismissed similar claims as “enemy propaganda.”
