Iranian Official Mohsen Rezaee Threatens “Eye for a Head” Retaliation Against Trump and U.S.

Tehran – March 2026 Mohsen Rezaee, a senior member of Iran’s Expediency Discernment Council and former high-ranking IRGC commander, issued a sharp and escalatory warning against the United States in response to potential American strikes on Iranian infrastructure.

In his statement, Rezaee declared: “If Trump attacks Iran’s infrastructure, it will no longer be an eye for an eye – it will be an eye for a head, a hand, and a leg. America will become crippled.”

He further asserted that the war would continue until Iran receives full compensation for damages, sanctions are completely lifted, and international legal guarantees are provided to prevent future U.S. aggression.

Rezaee’s remarks reflect the increasingly bellicose tone from senior Iranian officials amid ongoing U.S.-Israeli military pressure, recent strikes on Iranian energy sites, and the regime’s threats to close the Strait of Hormuz.
