Prince Reza Pahlavi Appeals for Prayers and U.S. Support Amid Brutal Crackdown in Iran

Mar-a-Lago / London – January 15, 2026 — In a pre-recorded video message delivered to the “Prayer Breakfast for Jerusalem” event hosted by President Donald Trump at Mar-a-Lago, exiled Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi described the situation inside Iran as “very critical” and warned of a severe wave of regime repression taking place under a near-total communications blackout.

“The government, in complete darkness and with cut-off communications with the world, has started severe repression, resulting in many casualties,” Prince Reza stated. “However, my compatriots continue to stand and fight.”

He emphasized that the Iranian people are waging their own struggle for freedom but urgently need spiritual and moral support from the international community. “We are fighting our own fight. We are the roots of this land, but we need spiritual support and prayers,” he said.

The Prince expressed confidence in President Trump’s commitment, saying: “I have trust and hope that President Trump will keep the heartfelt promise he made; a promise to prevent the killing of people, to avoid further casualties, and ultimately to end this regime that has been nothing but evil.”
