Trump Announces Major Shift: U.S. to Work with Iran on “Productive Regime Change,” Full Nuclear Dismantlement, and Sanctions Relief

Washington, D.C. President Donald Trump stated tonight that the United States will work closely with Iran following what he described as a “very productive Regime Change.” In a direct message, Trump declared that Iran will no longer enrich uranium and that American forces, working with Iran, will “dig up and remove all of the deeply buried nuclear ‘dust’” from the country.

Trump emphasized that the sites remain under “very exacting Satellite Surveillance” by U.S. Space Force since the initial attacks, and “nothing has been touched.” He added that the U.S. will discuss tariff and sanctions relief with Iran, noting that “many of the 15 points have already been agreed to.”

The statement marks a significant pivot from active military operations toward a negotiated long-term settlement. It follows weeks of intense U.S. and Israeli strikes on Iranian nuclear and military infrastructure, and comes as the two-week ceasefire announced by Trump remains in effect.
